Each participant will be required to check-in by Saturday morning. There will also be an opportunity to check in on Friday afternoon at Bill Frederick Park. Players packages will only distributed at Bill Frederick Park. If you start your event at Barnett Park, you pick up the package on Sunday at Bill Frederick Park. If you start at Bill Frederick Park (BFP), then you pick up your package at BFP during check-in. Players packages will not be mailed if not claimed during the event.
You will need to be aware of what course you are slated to play for all rounds so that you can arrive at the appropriate course on time each round. This information will be posted electronically a few days prior to the tournament and distributed via the electronic version of the caddy book.
There will be two players meetings held on Saturday morning, one at each park. Attend the meeting at the location that your first round is scheduled. For all courses at BFP, The Carter Center near Hole 1 of T2 HQ. For GBP, Pavilion 1 near the basketball and tennis courts is HQ. Refer to the course layouts for locations. After the meetings, each course may have a different start time allowing players reach their starting course and hole. All the information about the courses and activities is available via this website electronically. A formal package will be e-mailed to each registrant prior to the event that outlines all the information.

There will be an awards presentation at the conclusion of the final round. The top finishers will be honored. In order to facilitate everyone returning home over the holiday weekend, payout will be distributed at the event after a division is complete, scored and documented. By division, we will supply the onsite redemption center with a list of payout and post the list at HQ for player review. There will be an ODGI on-site redemption center where all payout is required to be redeemed at the event. To clarify, you must claim you payout on Monday or forfeit your winnings.
Qualified divisions will payout approximately the top 30% of the field. A division requires eight players in order to qualify for payout. Recreational and Junior divisions are trophy only with multiple place trophies, depending on division size, which can be picked up on Sunday evening at conclusion of fourth round or at the awards ceremony on Monday.
